For more than two decades, Ricardo W. Kelly has built a career leading people, driving operational excellence, and delivering results in highly regulated industries. Today, he brings that same discipline, leadership, and commitment to quality to Fuego Azul Tequila™, an ultra premium tequila brand inspired by the traditions of Jalisco and created to deliver an authentic luxury tequila experience.

Ricardo W. Kelly's professional journey began with service to his country as a member of the United States Army Infantry, where he developed the leadership, discipline, and resilience that continue to guide him today.

Following his military service, Ricardo built a successful career spanning more than two decades as a senior operations and service executive, leading large technical organizations, managing multimillion dollar business operations, and delivering results in highly regulated industries where excellence, compliance, and accountability were paramount.

Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the beverage industry, Ricardo founded Kelly Family Distributors, an independent beverage distribution company serving the Georgia market. Through this experience, he worked closely with suppliers, retailers, restaurants, and hospitality partners, gaining firsthand knowledge of beverage distribution, brand development, market execution, and regulatory compliance.

As both a distributor and entrepreneur, Ricardo developed a unique understanding of what it takes to build a successful beverage brand. He witnessed the challenges emerging brands face in competitive markets and recognized the importance of authenticity, strong partnerships, and disciplined execution.

Inspired by these experiences, Ricardo founded Fuego Azul Tequila™ with a vision to create an ultra premium tequila brand rooted in craftsmanship, heritage, and integrity. By combining decades of leadership experience with deep industry knowledge, he set out to build a brand that honors the traditions of Jalisco while delivering an exceptional tequila experience for today's discerning consumer.
